YourWood webshop terms and conditions
Webshop YourWood (hereafter webshop) is owned by Päevatäht OÜ (registration code 14211976 ), address Koskla 2, 86602, Pärnu, Estonia.
Information about products, prices and delivery
Prices in webshop are visible in every product page. Prices are in euros and Value Added Tax (VAT) is included. Product price does not include delivery of the product. Delivery to european countries cost 5 euros. Customer can see the price of delivery in the final stage of checkout.
Making and order and payment
Latvia: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele ja Luminor.
Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB ja Luminor.
Finland: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki.
After making a payment, customer can download invoice for the order. Only payments in euros are accepted.
Päevatäht OÜ is responsible for processing personal data a
nd therefore can forward personal data to Maksekeskus AS to make bank transfers.
Contract enters into force after payment has been made and money has arrived to webshop bank account.
If by any reason product could not be delivered to customer, webshop will inform customer ASAP and transfer money back to customers bank account within 14 days.
Using discount coupons/codes
Webshop can introduce discount coupons to customers, to increase website traffic. With discount coupons, customers can have discount in webshop. The interval of the campaignes and discount rate is not stated.
Customers can find discount coupons in webshop main page, social media channels and our partners webpages and social media channels.
Customer can enter discount coupon in the final stage of order, by clicking to link "Got a discount code?"
Shipping could take up to 9 working days to most european countries. Webshop is not responsible for the delivery delays or problems that take place due to the incorrect shipping address entered by the client.
Right of withdrawal
If customer is not happy with the product, it is possible to send product back to webshop. The product must be in original package and perfect condition. Webshop will not take back products that have marks of usage.
To send back the product, customer has to fill the form. and send it back to webshop e-mail address email@example.com. Shipping fee is paid by customer, unless webshop has sent wrong product or product with defect.
When returning the product, webshop will return the sum paid for the order and transfers it to a customers bank account within 14 days.
Webshop could refuse making bank transfer as long as the product has reached webshop or customer has shown proof of sending product back to webshop.
Right to make complaint
If the defect occurs, customer has right to contact the webshop within two months, sending e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +372 5021843. Webshop is not responsible for the defects, that have occured after the delivery of the products. If the products ordered from the webshop have defects for which the webshop is responsible, webshop will repair or replace the products. If the products cannot be repaired or replaced, webshop will return all the fees associated with the sales between customer and webshop.
Direct marketing and processing personal data
E-mail address and phone number is used for direct marketing purposes only if customer has given permission. If customer no longer wants to have direct marketing messages, customer has to contact with customer support.
If the customer and webshop are unable to resolve the appeal by agreement, customer has right to appeal at Customer Protection Authority, which webpage is HERE.
The Customer Protection Authority is liable for solving problems between customers and webshop. Authoritys review of the customer claim is free of charge.
